Botswana Game Trackers Safari
1 – 13 March 2009

We begin our safari with three glorious days in Cape Town. We then fly to Botswana where we explore three different habitats in northern Botswana. Our adventure begins in the heart of the Delta, which offers one of the finest nature and game photo opportunities in Africa. We also visit Moremi Game Reserve, and the Linyanti Reserve and Savuti. Besides your normal plains game, these areas have good concentrations of roan, sable, lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog. Large herds of elephant also move through the area. Our safari will include day and night game viewing in open 4x4 vehicles, nature walks, and excursions on the scenic waterways of the Okavango Delta. Our stay ends with an overnight at the famous Victoria Falls, “the smoke that thunders.”

Accommodation in Botswana will be in lodges and camps featured in the On Safari book.
