We begin our safari in the most beautiful city in the world, Cape Town. We have three days to explore the city on our own or we can take one of the optional tours. The game-rich area of Mpumalanga (Eastern Transvaal) is the home of many conservation-minded private Game Reserves. These reserves are home to the "Big Five" along with a wide variety of plains game and bird life. The photographic opportunities are numerous and there is ample time in each reserve to give you an opportunity to scout out the best location for that "perfect" image. We will stay in deluxe to luxury accommodation similar to those found in On Safari.
Maximum Participants: 12 with a maximum of four photographers per Land Rover while on safari. Your photographer escort will sit up front with the driver and rotate between groups.
Upon arrival today, we are met and transferred to our hotel. We have three days to explore the Cape Peninsula. Our guided tours include a city tour, Cape Peninsula tour, and a day in the winelands.

Timbavati
Our safari begins with a flight to the new Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. On arrival we are met and transferred to our private game lodge. On the western edge of Kruger National Park lies Timbavati Nature Reserve. The reserve is comprised of a number of private reserves. It is considered one of South Africa's prime game viewing areas. During our visit we are likely to see the "big five" on morning and evening game drives.
