Ending Poverty and Violence in Africa Summit & Safari
11 - 24 October 2008

You are invited to participate in an event in Nairobi, Kenya that is going to transform the planet! We will be creating solutions to poverty and violence on our planet, beginning with building the first Peace Community in the "cradle of mankind," Kenya.

The first Homo sapiens left East Africa some 65,000 years ago. They left probably due to climate change. There may have been less than 100,000 of us left on the planet then. There are close to 7 billion today. Unless we solve the environmental, social, and polititical challenges we face on our planet today, within 100 years our numbers could again dwindle to less than 100,000 Homo sapiens living on planet Earth. Now that we have your attention, here is the good news!

All of the intellegence that ever existed in the Universe since the "Big Bang" exists today in each one of us. Collectively, we have the brilliance to solve any problem we have.

You are invited to join a team of visionaries to create solutions to all of the world's problems as we go through this sixth extinction. The sixth extinction is not a theory. We are losing a species every 18 minutes according to Conservation International. That is 1,000 times faster than is normal.

The time has come for the human community to form Peace Communities that live in harmony with each other, themselves, and with Nature. These Peace Communities make decisions by consensus and resolve conflicts nonviolently by knowing the language of nonviolent communication.

The Final Answers are Found in Nature

The answer to all of the world's problems are found in Nature. The further we get away from Nature, the further we get from the solutions to our problems. Therefore, the last five days or our summit will be spent in the most spectular game reserve in Africa - The Masai Mara. We will be in the Masai Mara during the migration. It is this time of year that the 1.5 million wildebeest and the .25 million zebra return to the Serengeti in Tanzania. They must cross the Mara river and the lions and crocks wait in anticipation for an easy meal.

The word safari means "journey" in Swahili. This summit will have started you into a journey into your soul and the soul of Africa. Those registering for this event need to be prepared for a "hands on" experience. During this week-long experience, you will be taken through deep introspective exploration to access your inner capacities and align yourself with your higher purpose. Ultimately, it is about all of us on the planet together co-creating the human and social changes needed to transform the planet into a world that works for everyone.

We will continue our discussions around the campfire at night and during two hour meeting during the day when the lions are resting. The king of the beast may be resting but we will continue our mission to transform the planet into a world that works for everyone.

You will also be immersed in the Maasia culture to experience the world in an entirely new way that will help us build a planetary society based on the principles of consensus, sustainable development, human-based needs and values, universal human rights, environmental protection, social justice, equality and the sovereignty and dignity of all people to live on a planet that works for the greater good of all.

Each day will begin with an early morning game drive. Each afternoon will end with another game drive. We will spend two hour each day creating and planning our mission to transform the planet into a world that works for the greater good of all. We will spend out evenings with Maasia elders and learning from thousands of years of ancestor wisdom. This information will assist us during our meeting during the day.
